Assessment Fees and Pricing
Below are our current fees for every assessment we offer. Every assessment at Waterman Psychology Services is completed by a fully registered psychologist, and your report is written by your psychologist.

Educational assessments

NDIS
We accept NDIS-funded clients. Please call us for more details and to book.
Third-party agencies
For all third-party agencies, every assessment is $2,268. Please call us for more details and to book.
Medicare
Medicare does not cover educational or ADHD assessments.
A Medicare rebate can be used for autism assessments only. To be eligible, the person being assessed must be under 25 and have a referral from their doctor for the assessment. Please call us to check your referral before you book.
We can’t process Medicare and private health for the same assessment, so you’ll need to choose which one you want to use.
Additional fees
Any services beyond the scope of your original appointment or assessment may attract an additional fee of up to the APS rate of $330 per hour. This could include:
- requests for additional questionnaires to be distributed
- requests for additional follow-up correspondence (e.g. phone calls or emails)
- requests for follow-up appointments after the report has been provided.
