Questions families often bring

Autism looks different from one person to the next. Families usually come to us with questions from home, school or a paediatrician, and want a thorough answer, whatever it turns out to be.

Friendships or group settings feel hard to navigate
Noise, textures or changes in routine feel overwhelming
A school, GP or paediatrician has suggested an assessment
You need documentation for NDIS or school supports

Four pieces, one picture of how someone experiences the world

Your story

A conversation about what you’ve noticed and the questions you’d like answered, at home, at school or at work.

Developmental history

The ADI-R interview with a parent or carer about early development and life now.

Observation

The ADOS-2: structured activities that look at communication, play and social interaction.

Questionnaires

The SCQ, completed by a parent, and the SRS-2, completed by a teacher.

Your report explains whether diagnostic criteria are met, describes strengths and support needs, and gives practical recommendations. It’s written by your psychologist, not generated by AI.
